Welcome Bonus

betj offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳5,000 bonus — giving you a total of ৳10,000 to play with.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus amount × 25).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• To receive the bonus, the first deposit must be made using an eligible payment method.
• A specific time limit may apply for completing the wagering requirement.

General Bonus Policy

The following general policies apply to all bonuses and promotions at betj:

• Bets placed before the match begins will be treated as "pre-match" bets.
• The live betting feature may be available during a match with updated odds.
• If an event is cancelled after running for less than the minimum scheduled playing time, bets are generally refunded.
• For matches rescheduled due to rain or other reasons, bets will remain valid for the new schedule unless otherwise specified.

VIP Tier System

The betj VIP programme has three tiers. Through regular play you can move up to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.

Cashback is settled each week and once credited to your account the standard withdrawal rules apply. betj reserves the right to change the structure of VIP benefits at its own discretion.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the betj platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits.
• Using a betj account for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or an ineligible person.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software flaws in the platform for personal gain.
